Prof. Yinka Omorogbe, SAN, is an energy specialist whose international publications date back to 1985. She is a former Attorney-General, Edo state, Nigeria; former Secretary to the Corporation and Legal Adviser, Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation; and the first female Professor and First Dean of the Faculty of Law, University of Ibadan. She is active in legal and policy circles in the energy sector, and was on the two Oil and Gas Sector Implementation Committees (OGIC) established for the reform of the Nigerian petroleum sector. She sees renewable energy as the sustainable pathway for the realisation of access to energy services for the millions of Nigerians who are lacking, and has published and presented papers advocating for increased access at major international Conferences over the years.

Johnpaul Ofremu is a NEMSA-certified Technical & Construction Manager with over six years of hands-on experience in the renewable energy sector, particularly in the development and deployment of solar mini-grid systems across Nigeria. He brings a versatile and accomplished approach to technical leadership, combining deep engineering expertise with strategic project management capabilities. At EtinPower, Johnpaul plays a pivotal role in overseeing the design, construction, and implementation of energy infrastructure projects. His ability to manage multiple projects with precision and efficiency has been instrumental in delivering reliable and scalable energy solutions to underserved communities. Known for his innovative mindset, he consistently recommends and integrates emerging technologies to optimize system performance and operational efficiency. Johnpaul is a graduate of Electrical/Electronics Engineering from the Federal Polytechnic (Auchi) with certifications in relevant In-field and Workplace management trainings. He is recognized for his ability to blend technical proficiency with managerial acumen, ensuring seamless execution from concept to commissioning. Emmanuel Offorkansi is a seasoned Finance and E-commerce Operations Specialist with a strong background in financial management, data analytics, and digital commerce. He brings over seven years of progressive experience across finance, accounting, and multi-platform e-commerce operations, supporting both local and international businesses. At EtinPower, Emmanuel plays a strategic role in optimizing financial processes, managing e-commerce systems, and enabling data-driven decision-making. His expertise in Amazon Seller Central (FBA/FBM), inventory control, and full-cycle bookkeeping allows him to streamline operations and drive revenue growth. He is proficient in tools such as QuickBooks, Excel, Sellerboard, and Syft Analytics, and leverages these platforms to deliver clear financial reporting and forecasting. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Port Harcourt and is certified in Google Data Analytics and Syft Analytics. Emmanuel has a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, solving complex operational challenges, and improving financial performance through strategic insights. David Olisemedua Jideonwo

David Olisemedua Jideonwo is a Business Developer with a 4-year focus on marketing, brand communications, and community engagement. With a B.Sc. degree in Biochemistry from the University of Benin, David combines scientific precision with creative strategy in designing efficient systems that support organizational growth and community impact, driving impactful energy solutions and growth. David’s experience spans marketing and market penetration, brand communications management, and public relations across organizations in EdTech, Public Service, Media, and business support sectors. He has consistently improved brand visibility, conversion metrics, and strategic communications through content strategy, proposal development, and media and communication management. At EtinPower Limited, David leads community onboarding and stakeholder engagement, playing a key role in expanding the company’s customer base and nurturing current relationships while seeking to create new and viable relationships. His work includes the successful identification and surveying of rural communities, pioneering marketing strategies to onboard new communities and customers, development of the Company’s training Academy aimed at human capacity development within the renewable energy sector across southern Nigeria. He also oversees monitoring and evaluation of projects, ensuring alignment with sustainability goals. David is an active member of Junior Chamber International Nigeria and has volunteered and led teams across many projects, including the Edo Tech Conference, JCI Global Digital Summit, and Naija Brand Chick Trade Fair.

Oluwatoyin Baderin is a seasoned Senior Administrator with more than three decades of distinguished experience in administrative and secretarial roles. She is known for her precision, professionalism, and organizational excellence, she has consistently delivered high-level support to academic and government institutions through Expert Office Management, Committee Coordination, and Correspondence Handling. At the University of Ibadan, Oluwatoyin played a pivotal role in faculty administration, managing communications, scheduling, minute-taking, and coordinating TETFund-related activities. Her career also includes impactful service at the Federal Ministry of Agriculture in Abuja, where she supported executive operations through itinerary planning, budgeting, and event coordination. She holds a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology (Remedial and Reformatory Counselling) and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, both from the University of Ibadan, alongside a professional diploma in Secretarial Administration. Her qualifications are further reinforced by RSA and Treasury certifications in typing, shorthand, English, and accounting, as well as proficiency tests from Ibadan Polytechnic. Oluwatoyin has participated in both Local and International conferences, workshops and seminars. She is a member of both Professional and International Associations.

She manages customer onboarding, tracks financial and operational data using Excel, and provides timely solutions to solve client concerns. Mary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and has served in various capacities, including Accounting Officer, Audit & Inspectorate Officer, and Administrative Coordinator.
